Press F12 key to see this pop-up menu:
If Enable JavaScript is not checked, click on Enable JavaScript to check it.
You can try press F12 and select Enable JavaScript now. If this pop-up menu don't appear, click here to read about another method of it.
After clicking, pop-up menu disappear and JavaScript support will be enabled.
So as above, by pressing F12 and checking needed lines in pop-up menu, you can select:
Block all pop-ups
Enable GIF-animation
Identify as Opera

Select Block all pop-ups
In some window, select Advanced tab. Select Content in left menu:
Check Enable frames, GIF-animation and Enable JavaScript. Uncheck Enable plug-ins if it is checked (to don't look at some advertisment animated banners). Click OK.
